30. January - Morning, |
- | "Fruit
salad": One chair less than the number of people. Chairs
in a circle and the extra person in the middle saying the statement, which
has to be true for herself. For example; everyone must change chair who
has ever cried themselves to sleep. The person that do not get a chair
is the one to say the next statement. If you are working with children, it is recommended to start with something gentle. For instance "everybody must change chair, who is wearing green socks" |
|
- | "The
three Amigos": Standing in one big circle, one says to the
person besides him / her a big and powerful "Yiiiha"…the
next person says to the "neighbour" also"Yiiiha"(with
same energy). One can say "Way back " and the direction turns.
Or one can point at a person across and say "The tree amigos".
The person and his / her "neighbours" plays/sing "The three
Amigos". |
||
- | "Singing
in the Rain". (The first 4 lines of the song). Walking in a big circle, while singing normally the 4 first lines of the song, the animater is telling us what to do after each chorus: 1: "Head up" (hands under the head) ....then singing same 4 lines again 2: "Arms out" (head up, arms out) ….then singing same 4 lines again. 3: "Ass up" (head up, arms out, ass up)….then singing same 4 lines again 4: "Knees together"(head up, arms out, ass up, knees together)….singing again. |
||

- 2 - 3" / "Bahh - puff - 3": Working in pairs:
no. one says 1, no. two says 2, no. one says 3, no. one says "Bah",
no. two says 2, no. one says 3, no. two says "Bah", no. two
says "puff", no one says 3…..and so on. (Any number or
sound is as good as any) |
||
- | "Let
me see your funky chicken": One big circle, one in the middle
starts walking on the spot in a slow rhythm saying "Uh uh uh - Ah"
- everybody follows. The one in the middle says: "let me see your funky chicken" Group answer: "what´s that you say" being repeated and everybody moves as a funky chicken…..Continue with other statements like "Let me see your hungry crocodile" etc. |
