Starts with a circle.Everybody says three words that describes how he/she is feeling today. For an example: "Curious as a bull, a little bit angry like the sea, a little bit scared like me."
At anytime anybody can ask questions except when a person or a group is active.

1. Game - "Name Game":

One big circle where everybody is standing. One stands in the middle. To leave the middle he/she has to say the name of a person in the circle three times in a row without this person gets to say his/her name.
If the person which name is being said gets to say his/her own name the person in the middle must stay. If the person in the middle gets to say it three times without being interrupt he/she is free and the person which name was said has to go to the middle. Any trick goes.

2. Game - "Chain Attack":

One person must catch all the others. Whenever he/she touches a person, they hold hands, and now this person can also catch people. When he/she catches one, the again hold hands, and this person is now a catcher. It ends in one big line.

3. Game: In this exercise and the exercises below only the facilitator is alowed to speak.

The facilitator ask people to walk around in the room, while listening to the information given to them:
-
Look at something and say the name of the thing you was looking at before. For an example: The first thing I see is a window, I look at the floor and say "window", then I look at a foot and I say "floor" and so on.
3.A Game - The facilitator
gives new information:

When I say "Stop", I want you to stop. When I say "walk", I want you to walk. When I say "jump", I want you to jump. When I say "sing", I want you to sing. When I say "whistle", I want you to whistle. People walk around the room, while the facilitator gives different orders; walk, whistle, jump, sing, jump etc.
Then: When I say "stop", I want you to walk, when I say "Walk", I want you to stop, When I say Jump I want you to whistle…and so on.
4. Game: -

The facilitator ask people to walk around in the room and tells them, that when she says "now", they must fill up the space in the room as good as they can.
5 A: When I say "now", fill up as much of the space in the room touching 3 different persons
5 B: When I say "now", fill up as much of the space in the room touching another person with your elbow and big toe.
5 C: When I say "now," fill up as much………touching others with your nose, bottom cheeks
5 D: When I say "Now" fill up as much………touching others with the back of your knee, head, left hand.
5. Game: -

The facilitator asks people to find together with people with the same colour hair as their own. Then these groups with different number of people create a flower. The other groups are guessing what kind of flower. Then everybody is asked to find together with people with the same star sign, and then make a sculpture showing the sign. The other groups are again guessing.
This can also be done making groups with different "match" for instance; colour of eyes, age etc. Also the groups can make different sculptures for instance; a car, an animal.
6. Game -

6 A:

In pairs A and B. A follows the moves of B´s hand. The head reflects what the hand is doing.
- Take the partner on a trip around the room. Play. Then changing places.

One person gets responsibility for two persons - leading with both hands / leading with one hand while being led by another person. Being controlled and being in control at the same time.
-
An exercise about trusting each other and not playing a trick on the other person.
7. Game: -

One person in the middle of a circle. Everyone focus on one part of his/her body. It may be his/her toes, eyebrows, hands, head etc.
Imagine that this person is the centre of the universe.
In the beginning he/she stands still, then he/she moves very slowly, and everyone must be dedicated to the part and keep their focus.
8. Game -
"Three Irish duels":

Pairs. Protect your own knee and at the same time try to touch the other ones knee. When you touch the other ones knee you get a point.
Protect your own feet and at the same time try to touch the other ones feet, if you do you get a point.
One hand on your back try with the other hand (pointing finger) to touch the other ones back . At the same time protect your own back.
9. Game:
-
Pairs. A and B. Think of a sound your partner can recognise. A(open eyes) leads B(closed eyes) who follows the sound. The partner with the sound has the responsibility to reconnect if anything should happen.
Be aware to ask if anyone has hearing disabilities before this exercise.
   
For the following coffee break, we were asked to use the break for thinking about situations where we have experienced oppression.
